Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their area.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes offered for General Managers biannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and day-to-day sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training biannually
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ twice a year
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty courses as needed

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary education through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better train our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, resources, and structure for operating a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, participate in outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this course we go over HVAC basics, what drives people to purchase, calling skills, scripts, customer buying indicators, and controlling customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. As needed training given by the General Manager and relevant staff in the office.
