Roger #95, and Ethan came to my home this afternoon and everything was amazing. They were both very professional and let me know what was going on and Ethan inspected my attic and determined that I am in need of some updates there. He is working on a quote! Had my semi annual AC/heat pump service. The two technicians sent (Jarrett & Ethan) showed up on time and were prepared to work. For this service I decided to watch the whole process to get a better idea of what a service consisted of. These two gentleman were more than happy that I tagged along and quickly and professionally answered all my questions as I watched them work. Even though I am sure I slowed them down with a barrage of questions they did their jobs quickly and efficiently. In addition when I mentioned the humidity in the house seemed high, they came in and showed me how to adjust the thermostat to handle humidity. In addition they showed me how to manage thermostat using phone app (super cool). I would highly recommended Air Engineers service to all folks. Hoping to see Jarrett and Ethan again at the next semi annual service.

Roger did a great job at my home. He is the best technician ever! I always ask for him. Update. Roger is back to install the parts he ordered. He did a wonderful job as usual! I always ask for him because he is the best technician! Hector Arian were amazing and I am so happy that they workied all day to put a new system in my house. They were excellent in all ways. They cleaned everything after the work was finished.
