Why You Should Have Your HVAC System Inspected

April 13, 2016

No, we aren’t talking about Batman. We are talking about Mr. Bruce who assisted our friends Jamin and Ashley Mills from The Handmade Home. After purchasing a 40 year old home, the Mills (reasonably) wanted to have the home’s HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system and ductwork inspected. Mr. Bruce, who you can see working on the system, has been in the heating and AC repair and maintenance field, coincidentally, 40 years. Was it serendipity?

He was totally amazing. He’s kind of our new best friend, Ashley expressed on her and Jamin’s blog, The Handmade Home. She said that Bruce was a good sport and let the Mills gang take photos of him while he inspected their home’s heating and air conditioning system. We think he’s loving every minute.

At Air Engineers Service Experts, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and were thrilled to hear that Bruce was living up to our guarantee. The Mills said that Bruce was “like the calming father figure” and is the “kind of man you call on for help and can absolutely trust.”

As we expect all of our NATE-certified technicians to do, Bruce was certain to explain everything, and if he wasn’t confident they understood, the Mills said he carefully explained it again.

Just like the Mills, a vast amount of homeowners have to make decisions that affect their heating and air conditioning systems, beyond which system to purchase, such as (like the Mills) when [buying|purchasing|investing in]30] a home, do you keep the existing system, or does it need to be improved?

On top of having answers to their questions, the Mills learned the gravity of having thorough maintenance of an older system and, more crucial, “the importance of having the right person and company come out and do the service for you.”

While Bruce wasn’t able to give answers that were all joy and rainbows, he was honest and explained that the decisions made when choosing which heating and cooling system to install in your home affects your indoor air quality and the health of your little ones (and their lungs!).

We are proud of the representation Bruce gave of Air Engineers Service Experts when he helped the Mills family with their recent AC safety inspection and tune-up service. If you currently own an older system and are thinking about upgrading, have issues with your indoor air quality, or are in need of a seasonal tune-up, call Air Engineers Service Experts today and we’ll get you set up with one of our stellar technicians, just like Bruce!
