Midland Air Service Experts was excited to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this amazing event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts raised $1000 for this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s riding club participates every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The philanthropic motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and helping with wonderful events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To learn more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, check out their site.
