I had an emergency service this past Sunday when my A/C went down. It's as you know, very uncomfortable this time a year in Florida. With that being said, I scheduled an online appointment very quickly. I really didn't think I would get anywhere on a Sunday, we had to evacuate our house and our animals. Surprisingly, I was called back! Someone was coming out at lunchtime. I was so surprised and happy. I do have a little history worth mentioning. I am a seven year female combat veteran with direct deployment to Helmand Province Trauma Hospital, Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. It's important to know as I came home disabled due to PTSD/Depression. So, heat is not on my side. It's actually one of my triggers, sitting in heat for extended periods. My support dog Sam, by his breed cannot tolerate severe heat. So, here we both are uncomfortable, out of our element, and anxious. Then we met, Derrick & Ernie from Air Engineers. They had to be here for over 2 +hours working together in attempt to fix our situation. They were over the top knowledgeable and keep me completely in the loop. Derrick walked me through every maintenance package to upkeep our unit and maintain our status with Air Engineers. Ernie went above and beyond explaining the issue, parts required, and service needed. He made it clear he was going to fix this issue, not "patch it". Which is what I need to know. I didn't need a band-aide on this issue; but it completely fixed! Our health depended on this.
So, any repair needed for your A/C is always expensive. I have a HB 2-10 warranty, I'm sure all of my services are covered but they have yet, even called me for an appointment. Today, I ordered my coil part from you. And I will be paying out of pocket for services that are covered under my HB 210 warranty. I have a choice, and I chose to go the route of the two people that I trust, that have helped me, and I know will come back to finish the job correctly. And, I am okay paying for that! My health and Sams health and well being are worth that. So, thank you to Derek and Ernie for all your hard work and dedication, for this excellent service during this heat, and for letting me trust you with our overall health & well-being. We look forward to seeing you very soon!"
